I agree to hold harmless Great Lakes Academy of Fine Art, its employees, volunteers, and St. Peters’s building, as well as other persons connected with Great Lakes Academy of Fine art, from all liability relating to any damage I sustain by reasons of my registration or participation or use of equipment or facilities therein. I certify that all information in my application, including my Statement of purpose and portfolio, is my own work, factually true, and honestly represented. I understand that 1st year students may or may not be invited back for year 2, based upon work ethic, output, and general attitude throughout the freshman year.
